This is Andrei "Akula" Markov (stated in title), the main antagonist in Ace Combat Assault Horizon.

I have always been a fan of Ace Combat and finally got a chance to play Assault Horizon. While I think it's the worst game of the series, I do believe it was more than worthy to be added to the series.

In spite of the game's shortcomings, I really did enjoy Akula as the villan. It made pity the man for the tragedy that befell him (at least it did for me). His lover, Krista Yoslav, was killed during a botched US Air Force raid during the Bosnian War and it has fueled his hatred for the US ever since.
